How to Lock Microcontroller / Arduino Program

Materia needed :

1. USB ASP
2. Microcontroller would you lock

after you have materials above you can follow any steps below.

First, you must download and Install Extreme burner.

Download Extreme Burner

after you download and instal Extreme burner, you should conect your USB ASP to Microcrontroller (MISO, MOSI, SCK, Reset), then open Extreme Burner.

Choose your Microcontroller chip, here we using ATmega 328p (Arduino UNO)

in Write Tabs choose > Fuse Bits and Lock Bits > tick “Lock Fuse” and fill “C0” (C and Zero) and than click Write

after you finish all of step above, if someone try read flash or read your .hex program in your microcontroller chip they won’t able to do it.
